WATERMUSIK ( bio-art )

The Water Musik project is a bio-art sound installation composed of 6 interactive + generative audio devices with a strong electronic component. At the heart of the structure and workings of each of these pieces is the element of water, whose movement facilitates interactions between the various elements of the work, thus generating various dynamics between the organic and inorganic. Randomly moving living elements (fish, algae, snails, etc.) constitute an integral part of these aqueous environments in which sound sensors capture, record, and retransmit an audio interpretation of the diverse aquatic waves generated by each of the pieces.
